Millions in Cook County Property Tax Refunds Going to Homeowners Whose Bills Show No Balance Due

If you paid property taxes in Cook County, you could be receiving a refund, according to a report by WLS/Channel 7. Nearly 25,000 homeowners are set to receive a portion of $24.6 million in refunds.
