Making Payments on Multiple Properties via Wire Transfer

The due date for Tax Year 2023 Second Installment was Thursday, August 1, 2024.

The due date for Tax Year 2023 First Installment was Friday, March 1, 2024.

The due date for Tax Year 2022 Second Installment was Friday, December 1, 2023.

The due date for Tax Year 2022 First Installment was Monday, April 3, 2023.

Thank you for your interest in using the Treasurer's Third Party Agent (TPA) Program.

What is the TPA Program, and how does it work?

The Third-Party Agent (TPA) Program allows third party payers such as banks, mortgage companies and financial institutions to make current year property tax payments on high volumes of properties. A wire transfer is used to submit multiple tax payments simultaneously. The TPA Program allows you to make wire transfer payments (including interest) after the due date to avoid making individual payments by check.
