WLS/Channel 7

A slowdown on the Chase Bank online payment system created problems for some property owners, WLS/Channel 7 reported.

Treasurer Maria Pappas said her office is taking care of all taxpayers who had trouble.

“If someone has a problem, the email, the phone system is up,” she said. “We are going to accommodate everybody.”
