The mailing of 2001 second-installment tax bills is not anticipated to occur until the last week of September, 2002 with a collection due date of November 1, 2002. The second-installment due date varies from year to year and is dependent upon the completion of a number of governmental agencies performing various functions. Currently, the tax cycle is at the stage in which the Cook County Clerk sets the tax rates for the various taxing bodies throughout Cook County. Announcements will be made when a mailing date and tax due date are finalized. In addition, this web site will be updated as soon as additional information becomes available.
