The following is a public service announcement provided by WBEZ: The Cook County Treasurer's Office is reminding homeowners that the sale of real estate with unpaid property taxes is indefinitely postponed due to the Cove 19 pandemic. During this time, homeowners are encouraged to check for any unpaid property taxes as well as any unclaimed property tax refunds by calling 312.443.5100 visiting cookcountytreasurer.com.
