- You may pay by cash, personal check, money order, cashier's check or certified check.
- Submit one original payment coupon and check per Property Index Number (PIN) per envelope.
- Be sure that your check includes your:
- Name (or the name of the taxpayer on whose behalf a mortgage or title company is paying)
- Property location (with unit number, if needed)
- 14-digit PIN
- Phone number
- Your e-mail address (if available)
